Orders & Payments

Q: How do I place an order?
A: Simply add your desired items to the cart and proceed to checkout. Follow the steps to enter your information and payment details.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, American), Klarna, PayPal, Vipps, MobilPay Google-Pay, Shop-Pay and Apple Pay. Payment options may vary based on your location.

Q: Can I make changes to my order after it's placed?
A: We process orders quickly, but if you contact us within 1 hour of purchase, we’ll do our best to accommodate changes.

Shipping & Delivery

Q: Do you offer international shipping?
A: Yes! We ship fashion items worldwide. However, home and garden furniture is currently only available for delivery within Norway.

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary by region:

  • Norway: 3–10 business days
  • Europe: 5–10 business days

  • USA, Australia & New Zealand: 10–20 business days

  • Rest of the world: 7–14 business days

Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.

Returns & Exchanges

Q: What is your return policy?
A: You can return items within 14 days of receiving them, as long as they are unused and in original packaging. Visit our Returns page for full instructions.

Q: Are returns free?
A: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. For clothing items, a 5% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund to cover handling and processing.

Q: Can I exchange an item?
A: Yes! To arrange an exchange for size, color, or a different product, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, you have up to 2 hours after purchase to request changes.

Discounts & Offers

Q: Do you offer any discounts?
A: Yes! We offer:

  • 10% off your first order when you sign up.

  • Bundle discounts on selected products.

  • Free shipping on all home and garden furniture in Norway.

  • Many seasonal offers throughout the year.

Q: Can I use more than one discount code?
A: Only one discount code can be applied per order unless stated otherwise.

Product & Sizing

Q: How do I choose the right size?
A:  Our size guides are available on each product page. Many items are measured in a flat position (laid flat), so if you’re unsure, feel free to contact us for personalized assistance.

Q: Where are your products made?
A: About 95% of our products are manufactured in Europe. We work with reliable manufacturers who prioritize quality, design, and ethical standards. If a product is made elsewhere, this will always be clearly stated in the product description.
